I can't believe that it's August! Time seems to be going so fast which could be because I'm going to uni in September - eek. So, I've rounded up all of the products that I used (and loved) last month.
I've been wanting to test out cleansing strips for a long time, so I popped in to Savers where I found a pack for just £1. I wasn't sure whether these would work or not but I decided to give them a go. I found that the strips had removed a lot of dirt and made the pores much less visible. I will be repurchasing these, for sure!
I'm using this foundation at the moment. I love it because it's a perfect colour match for me, which is a surprise as it can be difficult to find a good foundation for pale skin! The foundation blends in with ease and gives a good, even coverage. This is a great choice for Summer as it feels almost weightless!
I purchased this sponge to use with the foundation. It's great for blending in make up! I love the design of this product. It has a flat edge which is great for blending in make up around the nose and other hard to reach areas, as well as a pointed tip which is great for covering imperfections.
Last but not least is this face moisturiser. This is a new favourite of mine and I use it each morning. It's oil free, so it won't clog the pores and there's also no smell, so I won't get sick of it! It sinks in fast and it's great to use as a base before make up. It's quite expensive for a moisturiser, and I doubt that I'll be able to afford another bottle as a student, but it's well worth it! I received this for free as I had a problem with a sample of the product.
Who else has tried these products? I'd love to hear what others think of them.
